It all begins with Francesco, an Abruzzese chef who from Rome, where he lives for work, moves to Capri to work at the restaurant of the Hotel Quisisana. The island holds him both for his uncontaminated beauty and because on it he meets the love of his life, Teresa; he therefore decides to open a restaurant first in Piazza Umberto I, and then move to the current restaurant in via Le Botteghe and thus found La Capannina.
